If we made it, we stand behind it 100% for 5 years! No questions asked. If you bought it directly out of our showcase (or from our website), we guarantee it for 5 years. We are very particular about which suppliers we use. There are very few vendors who consistently pass the Gold In Art standard of quality and service. Because we trust these suppliers, we can stand behind your purchase for 5 years.*
*This is why we do not "sell" warranties and why you do not have to come in every 6 months to have your jewelry "inspected".
The only exception to the 5 year policy is colored stone jewelry, which we warranty for 2 years. This is because, unless it is a diamond, it can be more easily scuffed, scratched or damaged by everyday use-and we want you to wear your jewelry every day!
REPAIRS
We are so confident in the quality of our workmanship that we stand behind anything we repair for 2 years. We take a digital photo of your jewelry to document exactly which prong, bracelet link, etc... needs to be repaired. You will never see a mark or discoloration where a ring has been sized and we can promise you that your jewelry will not break in the same place twice. (unless you run over it with your car or throw it down the garbage disposal) We may not be the cheapest-but we're the best!
CATALOGUE ORDERS
If we don't normally stock it, we don't know how it will stand up to everyday normal wear & tear. Also, not everyone wants a charm of a donkey wearing a pink saddle! For this reason, we can only guarantee catalogue purchases for 6 months.
