GOLD IN ART RETURN POLICY
30 DAYS: We understand that sometimes, especially in these difficult economic times, unexpected things happen and you may feel the need to return your jewelry. As long as there is no damage to the jewelry, we will happily refund all of your money. By law, we must refund it in the same manner it was received. (cash, credit, check)

30–90 DAYS:You may have full credit towards the purchase of any other piece of jewelry in our store. (More than you'd get for your car:)

90 DAYS –1 YEAR:You may trade in your jewelry for full credit; however your new jewelry must be double the price of the original piece. (More than you'd get for your furniture :)

AFTER 1 YEAR:You may trade in your jewelry for half credit; and your new jewelry must be double the price of the original piece. We understand that this is not the "ideal" transaction for you, but how else do you expect us to stay in business :)
We'd prefer your return to be accompanied by a receipt, however it is not absolutely necessary
All returned jewelry must be undamaged
