4th of July

Why is Mt. Dora celebrating the 4th of July on the 3rd?? (Monday the 5th is the "official" holiday for banks & post offices, so it makes sense to assume that "most" people don't have to work on the 5th... so why not celebrate on the 4th???) I wasn't able to determine when Lady Lake or The Villages is celebrating... anybody know?
