The entire staff is friendly and easy to approach. Questions that are seemingly complex are answered with precise simplicity and input is encouraged. I have come here for general reconditioning and been very pleased with the end result. I have even had my rings polished for no charge while I was waiting on repairs being made as a walk in. Being one of very few jewelers in the area could lead to an air of complicity and arrogance however you will not find that in this environment. I recommend them highly. D. Downs
