Ruthenium is a rare precious metal in the platinum family, used to harden the silver and keep it from corroding or tarnishing, and in this case, to look like onyx.  Peter Storm also uses rare earth magnetic clasps which mean that they almost put themselves on!  You can clip the bracelets and necklaces together in endless creative ways.  The Onyx necklace is available in 3, 5 or 10 strands and 18, 20 or 36″.  One year warranty.
